What is a Miccilian? That is probably the first thing you asked when you read the title of my book. The answer may surprise you. Most people, including you, call the big hairy man of the woods, Bigfoot. It really depends on where you are. Many different cultures call him many different things, but the bottom line is, he is all of them and so much more. The true origin of Miccilians came from Micciliak. A different world that we’re still uncertain of where it is. Miccilians came to our world through a Pathway, or portal as some prefer to call it, opened by the wisest and most powerful elder of the Miccilians, Kotac. Micciliak was invaded by ruthless beings called the Vacoore from another world. To escape enslavement, Kotac led his clan and many others to our world. Here they have been in hiding, waiting for the special one to lead a revolt against the Vacoore. All males are trained from birth to be warriors. One clan made the Dire Mountain Range their home. This is the location of the Path. So, these Miccilians were tasked with being the Guardians. Guarding the Pathway to their world. Making sure no one enters and determined to make sure the Vacoore doesn’t enter our world. Most Miccilians are calm natured creatures and prefer solitude. But don’t let their calmness fool you. They are very, very strong and very, very powerful. They are very aggressive when provoked or when they feel they’re in danger. Each Miccilian inherited a special ability from one of their parents. All Miccilians age slower than humans. They age one year to our five years.
